Your images and rights

You must own or have permission to use every image you upload. You keep ownership of your source images, and you own the generated results.

Generated images may be used commercially — in your online store, marketplace listings, advertising and social channels.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content depicting minors inappropriately, or images intended to impersonate or defame a real person. Automated bulk scraping of the service is not permitted.

We may refuse or stop processing a request that our safety systems flag.

Free usage and availability

Free generations are limited per day and may change. The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated images.
